Job Overview

blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Orlando area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and live within 75 miles of Orlando, FL. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to balance priorities in and outside of work while being committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients, with the opportunity to learn and grow as our business evolves.
• Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
• Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, utilizing your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience).
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life.
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• At least 6 months of health care experience.
