Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Virtual Assistant and Client Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer friendly and courteous support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Handle all aspects of customer service, including ticketing, registration, baggage handling, and resolving complaints and issues
• Utilize a modernized retail system to process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions
• Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist as needed
• Manage difficult customer situations, including oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines
• Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from clients and other airport visitors
• Complete forms and reports as required by the organization and maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the arenaflex Representative Handbook and Work Agreement

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team
• Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules, and regulations
• Capacity to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft and handle emergency situations on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Knowledge of the airline industry or a similar field
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
