Job Overview: Customer Service Representative - Remote
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to address their queries, concerns, and issues. - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Provide information, support, and guidance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage customer complaints, adverse events, and claims in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
- Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
