About the Role
In this experienced-level role, you'll be the primary point of contact for blithequark-CONNECT customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, providing top-notch support and resolving service issues, requests, and account inquiries. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results with a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing service issues, requests, procedures, and account information via phone, email, or other channels.
- Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems.
- Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of company procedures and policies to educate customers on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service.
- Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners.
- Provide guidance on company or product policies and systems to customers.
Essential Qualifications

Work Environment and Company Culture
As a primarily home-based role, you'll spend 80% of your time working from home, proximate to one of our office locations. Occasionally, you may be required to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities, such as team meetings, training sessions, and culture events.
