**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to exhibitor logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a seamless event experience.
* Utilize on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, showcasing your attention to detail and creative flair.
* Develop and execute exhibitor communications for assigned events, ensuring clear and concise messaging that meets the needs of our customers.
* Assist with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful event.
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, projects, and other duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment, where you've honed your skills in creative problem-solving and customer-centric support.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless event execution.
