As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless communication between staff, students, and parents. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing relations with existing clients, and supporting sales and production. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for education, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** • Acts as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise. • Responsible for all incoming calls – new clients, existing clients, or taking messages, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all callers. • Assists in developing relations with existing clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. • Reports all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly. • Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. • Reads and answers all work-related emails, responding promptly to ensure timely communication. • Answers all phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate contact, ensuring that all queries are addressed. • Maintains and manages company calendar/appointments/client schedules, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and managed efficiently. • Schedules any appointments for Directors, ensuring that their schedules are managed effectively. • Organizes and composes office correspondence, documents, and other reports, ensuring that all communication is professional and effective. • Supports sales and production, providing administrative assistance to ensure that our sales and production teams are equipped to succeed. • Comfortable posting company-related posts on social media platforms, ensuring that our online presence is engaging and effective. • Sends communication ("thank you notes", referral gifts, etc.) accordingly, ensuring that our clients feel valued and appreciated. • Reviews upcoming Daily/Weekly schedule with Directors, ensuring that our team is aware of upcoming events and deadlines. • Participates in staff meetings, as needed, contributing to our team's success and growth. • Ensures the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with branding, ensuring that our online presence reflects our values and mission. • Provides marketing assistance, supporting our marketing efforts to ensure that our brand is promoted effectively. **Essential Qualifications:** • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. • Is coachable and has a positive attitude, with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference. • Works well under pressure, with a calm and professional manner, even in fast-paced environments. • Can multitask in a professional setting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. • Is comfortable speaking with clients in a customer-centric manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. • Good written and spoken communication, with the ability to compose professional correspondence and reports. • Must be very professional, extremely organized, and punctual, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. • Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites, with experience working in an educational institution a plus. • Have excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience working in an educational institution, with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference. • A calm and professional manner, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment methodically, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. **Education Qualifications:** • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher, with a focus on education, business, or a related field. **Equipment Qualifications:** • Must have a computer with at least Windows 10, or Catalina MacOS, with a video camera and high-speed internet (Above 20mb/s). • Must have a quiet home working space with a clean background, ensuring
