Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of "back-office" computer systems and software applications
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
