Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to end customers, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
• Receive and manage customer orders, following through to shipment and ensuring a quality of service that meets company standards
• Work collaboratively with other blithequark departments to resolve disputes and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners, gaining their trust and confidence in our products and services
• Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information
• Develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Supply Chain, enabling you to provide expert advice and support to customers
• Work as part of a team, with a flexible and proactive approach to increasing and maintaining the quality of service
• Build effective relationships with other departments to understand the impact on customers and service levels, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience
• Provide knowledge and accurate information to customers, raising quotations and managing orders in line with company policy and procedures

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Some experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Competent with Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Ability to manage self and tasks in a proactive manner, with excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail, with a calm and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to communicate using local language and additional languages if required, with fluency in Spanish being desirable
• Ability to work the closing shift (9:30am-6:30pm EST), with a one-hour lunch break daily, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
