About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers fully adopt our fleet management software platform. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, execute a process-driven onboarding experience, and provide exceptional customer support. You will work closely with customers to document their desired outcomes, complete product training, configure their blithequark account, import their data, and roll out the product to their users. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers develop successful habits and maximize the benefits of our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to assess their goals, existing business practices, and onboarding requirements to ensure seamless alignment and implementation support
- Develop and execute customized onboarding plans, tracking progress against schedules and coordinating with internal teams to meet milestones
- Measure and track customer onboarding outcomes, providing data-driven insights to inform process improvements and optimize the customer experience
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and share the voice of the customer
- Become a trusted resource for software and productivity trends in the fleet management domain, staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies
Essential Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, preferably in customer success, support, or implementation
- Proven experience working with project management tools, CRM systems, online project management tools, and internal communication platforms
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and import large datasets with precision and accuracy
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels and build trust quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on precision, thoroughness, and time management
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and experimenting with new ideas
