About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our remote Conversion Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in handling millions of automated humanized conversations for our top clients and use cases. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound messages via our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around products or services, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions and canned responses.
- Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry and vertical requirements.
- Escalate conversations to leadership when needed, ensuring seamless resolution and exceptional customer experience.
- Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, adding relevancy to canned responses and maintaining a knowledge base that informs our natural language model.
- Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling, with a strong focus on quality assurance and random audits.
- Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating exceptional productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in other projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of our team and company.
