Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing timely, accurate information
- Represent blithequark and our automotive dealer clients in a professional, friendly manner, fostering a positive brand image
- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to turn conversations into valuable leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer needs and priorities
- Participate in ongoing training and feedback sessions to continually improve performance and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Operator at blithequark, you'll need:
- Residency within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK)
- A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- A minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent or higher)
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
- Availability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday, between 11am-7:30pm EDT
- A typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is preferred)
