As a Sneaker Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of sneakers, identifying counterfeit products, and ensuring that every buyer receives the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing preloved and new items from major fashion brands to guarantee their authenticity, using your expertise and knowledge to identify potential counterfeit products
- Conducting a thorough examination to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent, ensuring that every detail is accurate and up-to-date
- Reporting counterfeit items with concise and specific findings, providing detailed information to help us improve our authentication processes
- Staying up-to-date with current brand trends and developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Working in a fast-paced office environment and achieving quality metrics and productivity goals daily, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
