Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and marketing teams, focusing on optimizing paid media spend worldwide.
- Design and build analytics, business intelligence, and data science solutions to enhance paid media performance and improve marketing efficiencies.
- Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams to implement media mix models and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, query databases, and interpret results to inform business decisions and drive action.
- Partner with stakeholders to address complex business challenges, leveraging internal and external data sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Excel to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze data to identify business issues, conduct deep dives, and perform root cause analysis to inform business decisions.
- Conceptualize and execute analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and needs, driving business growth and improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a quantitative field such as business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced SQL experience and proficiency in at least one industry-standard data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI).
- A proven track record of working with Excel and other reporting tools to create and maintain complex reports.
- Experience in business intelligence, analysis, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, or statistical programming languages like R or SAS.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
