Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Airport Customer Service department in developing and implementing processes to reduce workplace injuries and improve overall health and safety. This role will focus on analyzing and improving the work environment, technology, and job processes for our frontline employees, with the goal of reducing the Global Injury Rate for the department and the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, ergonomics, or a related field, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
