About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to achieve their goals and maintain high performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that our operations workflow is efficient and effective
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as required by the role
- Work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels and temperatures, and be adaptable to changing circumstances
- Continuously climb and descend stairs, as applicable to specific sites
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
