About the Role

The Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of our delivery professionals. This involves communicating effectively with them, reviewing their applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and facilitating the activation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, data entry, human resources, or a related field, with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have an Associate's degree or higher, although this is preferred rather than required. Relevant experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is also preferred but not necessary. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a range of benefits, including 401k, healthcare, and paid time off, designed to support your well-being and financial security.

This role is available for candidates based in San Diego, CA, or those who prefer to work from home. We welcome applications from across the USA, with a preference for candidates from Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. Please note that this role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
