The Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of our delivery professionals. This involves communicating effectively with them, reviewing their applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and facilitating the activation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, data entry, human resources, or a related field, with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should have an Associate's degree or higher, although this is preferred rather than required. Relevant experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service is also preferred but not necessary. The ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills is essential.
