As a Dental Back Office Representative , you’ll help keep our billing and/or insurance operations running smoothly. This role isn’t just about billing or insurance—you might also manage patient communication or other administrative tasks-it will depend on each client's needs. Whether verifying insurance, answering billing questions, or helping with everyday tasks, your work will make things easier for patients and providers. Key responsibilities Dental Insurance verification: Confirm patients’ insurance coverage details, verify eligibility, and enter data with precision. Dental billing: Review claims, prepare invoices, and ensure billing is accurate and smooth. Insurance claims submission: Process and submit insurance claims efficiently to facilitate quicker reimbursements. Data entry and documentation: Accurately record patient information, insurance details, and billing codes. Provide real-time assistance , answering inquiries about billing, insurance claims, and account-related topics with a friendly approach. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with team members, sharing updates and escalating issues when necessary. Problem solving: Address issues patiently and proactively, adopting a solutions-focused mindset and escalating complex matters appropriately.
