Key responsibilities Dental Insurance verification: Confirm patients’ insurance coverage details, verify eligibility, and enter data with precision. Dental billing: Review claims, prepare invoices, and ensure billing is accurate and smooth. Insurance claims submission: Process and submit insurance claims efficiently to facilitate quicker reimbursements. Data entry and documentation: Accurately record patient information, insurance details, and billing codes. Provide real-time assistance , answering inquiries about billing, insurance claims, and account-related topics with a friendly approach. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with team members, sharing updates and escalating issues when necessary.
