Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Associate to join our team at Workwarp! As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for gathering, preparing, and entering data from various source documents into our computer system for storage, processing, and data management purposes. This is a 100% remote opportunity, and we welcome applications from highly organized and accurate individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and prepare source documents for data entry into our system database
- Review data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolve issues using standard procedures
- Enter both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into our system database
- Review data entered against original source documents for accuracy and correct errors or duplications
- Follow data program security practices and procedures at all times
- Secure information by completing daily database backups
- Perform other clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
- Maintain confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPPA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience in a medical office preferred but not required
- MUST be tech-savvy and detail-oriented
