About the position
The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is looking for a talented CyberArk Engineer to join our dynamic and growing PAM team. This engineer will sit with the IAM Engineering team as a global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is perfect for an experienced PAM engineer looking to help build out a maturing program.
Responsibilities
• Implement required security measures and provide input on their design, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
• Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
• Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
• Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
• Work primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and possess deep background and experience in this domain.
• Operate efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.
• Demonstrate experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of CyberArk modules.
• Implement operational ticket workflows to provide a medium for customers to consume PAM services.
• Demonstrate experience with metrics and reporting around PAM usage and requests.
• Execute best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of vaulted/managed accounts.
• Implement Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met.
• Work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.
Requirements
• More than three (3) years of CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM) or relative experience is highly preferred.
• Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on developing appropriate plans or performing necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
• Knowledge of extensive experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred) is required.
• Knowledge of security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud (preferred).
• Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred).
• Experience with Splunk (preferred).
• Scripting/programming experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, python, or java.
Nice-to-haves
• CyberArk Defender certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science or Information Technology.
