CRM Implementation & Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Clients pay a monthly subscription for access, support, and maintenance hours. Our CRM was built to help service-based companies streamline communication, track leads, manage tasks, and gain clarity around their operations. We take pride in offering a high-touch, approachable support experience.
We are looking for a part-time CRM Implementation & Support Specialist who can learn our system, manage client questions, handle backend edits, and support new client onboarding. You won’t be coding full applications, but you should be comfortable navigating software logic, settings, workflows, and basic technical troubleshooting. What You’ll Do! Support new clients as they are onboarded into the CRM
Configure client accounts, workflows, settings, and permissions
Provide ongoing support through email or occasional meetings
Troubleshoot user issues and guide clients through solutions
Make backend edits such as updating fields, adjusting workflows, refining forms, and managing automation items
Track and log time spent on client support requests
Document recurring issues and help improve internal processes
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients who may not be tech-savvy
Collaborate with our team when client requests require escalation or deeper technical review
Qualifications Needed!
Experienced with CRM systems (any major platform acceptable; we will train you on ours)
Fast learner who enjoys understanding how software works behind the scenes
Comfortable with technical tasks (settings, workflows, automations, fields, tags, permissions)
Able to break down complex concepts into clear, simple explanations
Patient, professional, and naturally helpful in client communication
Detail-oriented and consistent in documentation and follow-through
Someone who enjoys ongoing, long-term support relationships rather than one-off projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with workflow automation, forms, and rule-based settings in any CRM or SaaS platform
Reliable availability during agreed-upon hours
Comfortable working with a small, fast-moving team
