This Clinical Nutrition Education Coordinator will be responsible for: Developing, implementing, evaluating and overseeing staff education programs, including orientation, competencies, in-service, continuing education and the Pediatric RD Residency Program. Coordinating, supervising, and evaluating dietetic interns/students/nutrition fellows on pediatric rotations and visits Developing/revising and implementing hospital-wide parenteral and enteral nutrition support programs Supporting departmental and hospital-wide programs, initiatives and organizational changes to improve outcomes for Clinical Nutrition. Assuring compliance with standards, guidelines, laws and requirements of regulatory agencies, credentialing agencies and professional organizations. May provide direct patient care. To qualify, you must have... Minimum of a Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or closely related field Six years of progressive dietetic experience with four years in pediatric nutrition, including demonstrated project management and leadership experience. Experience with implementation of a parenteral and enteral nutrition competency program, a plus. Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian.
