We're seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team! As a Client Success Manager, you'll take on a strategist mindset to work with our restaurant clients, driving growth and optimization through Tarro's technology. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio restaurant clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Services, and Product Management teams to provide a seamless post-sales experience, and serve as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs internally.
