Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service
