Responsibilities
- Responding quickly to inbound leads (calls, forms, messages)
- Calling through daily lead lists to completion
- Qualifying prospects through structured discovery conversations
- Booking qualified appointments on Expert's calendars
- Following up with leads who didn’t close initially and re-activating interest
- Maintaining clean CRM records (notes, tasks, statuses, next steps)
- Collaborating with Sales Management to improve conversion quality
- Attending weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
