They are seeking a Business Development Representative to connect with commercial real estate professionals, qualify prospects, and drive pipeline growth for the sales team. This role offers a clear growth path into closing roles and involves collaboration with senior leadership and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to engage commercial real estate brokers and other target customers
- Qualify leads and schedule 30+ high-quality meetings per month for Account Executives
- Partner closely with AEs and marketing to develop account strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach activities in CRM
- Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach tactics and messaging through data and feedback
Skills
- 6-18 months of prior SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset—motivated to exceed quota
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City (4 days in-office required)
