We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to drive sales and expand our market presence in Gauteng. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the B2B electronic security industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in electronic security or similar industries.
- Sales experience in the South Africa / Gauteng region
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, from identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts at an executive level.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a natural hunter in business development.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor landscape in the security sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electronic security industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at C-level.
- Drive B2B sales of security solutions, including intrusion detection, automation, video surveillance, fire protection, and access control systems.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead negotiations and closing of high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
