Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English).
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products and/or services.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home.
- The ability to multitask quickly and efficiently.
- A desire to learn new technologies.
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge.
- A desktop or laptop computer for performing PC and internet tests (a work computer may be provided depending on the position).
- High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
Preferred qualifications include:
- An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technology certification.
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
