Responsibilities
- Collecting & consolidating required artwork contents per requirements
- Facilitating creation of artwork with external agency & internal stakeholders
- Maintaining art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
- Tracking projects, timelines and associated costs
- Supporting Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Material entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow up) for transition topics
Skills
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous work experience in design work or graphic design required
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
- Experience with project management and working as part of a cross-functional team required
- Understanding of pre-press, printing processes and operations required
