About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Scaled Team, focusing on US & LATAM accounts. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers realize the full value of our platform. You'll work collaboratively with a team of Customer Success Managers to manage a shared install base, leveraging a mix of channels, including email, chat, phone calls, and live webinars, to engage customers and drive success.
