This role involves being the first point of contact for new leads, guiding dog owners through the consultation and booking process, primarily working remotely with occasional office visits required.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to all new dog training inquiries immediately during the Immediate Response Window
- Qualify leads and gather relevant client and dog details
- Schedule phone consultations using our CRM (Go High Level)
- Follow up with leads via text and phone calls
- Track lead status and maintain accurate notes in the CRM
Skills
- Sales or phone-based experience: 1 year (Required)
- Must be located near Powell, TN or willing to occasionally report to our office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) is a plus
- Background in vet tech, pet care, or related animal fields
