Job Description:
• Provide backend administrative support focused on data verification, CRM build-out, and structured data input
• Research property and contact details, verify information, and maintain clean, organized records in the CRM system
• Assist with data scraping and importing
• Support internal workflows with structured data input
• Track completed work and progress and communicate any issues or inconsistencies clearly to the client.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive, structured tasks
• Proficiency with typing and data entry
• Basic to intermediate experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to follow written instructions and SOPs precisely
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Prior admin or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
