  • If you have a passion for reinventing the shopping experience and you enjoy the thrill of building net new experiences from the ground up, this position is for you. ?Amazon Haul?, is a shopping experience in the Amazon Shopping app that provides customers in the US a place to discover even more affordable fashion, home, lifestyle, electronics, and other products with ultra-low prices with everything priced at $20 or less. This exciting, discovery-driven CX is dedicated to generic products at ultra-affordable prices, with fulfillment by Amazon direct from manufacturer country of origin (initially from China) in one to two weeks. The store's intuitive browse-based design and escalating discounts encourages exploration and larger basket sizes. Launched in November 2024, it's still early days in the journey and the perfect time to join the team at the ground level. We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager who is able to operate in ambiguity, quickly get their hands around an objective, analyze data, and formulate detailed business requirements across multiple domains (e.g., net new selection, fulfillment channels, cross border logistics etc.) Key job responsibilities: - Influence and engage across partner teams worldwide to identify opportunities, and build programs and processes to realize them; - Work cross-functionally with teams across Amazon including pricing, tech, operations, marketing, finance and sales and business development; - Help set and guide the strategy for Selling Partners using data and insights, and establish business goals; - Form and test hypotheses in a fast-paced, ambiguous space; and - Establish business metrics and success factors for performance reporting. The ideal candidate has: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and is comfortable meeting with senior stakeholders regularly; - A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams and prioritize deliverables; - A strong sense of ownership, urgency, independence, and flexibility; and - The technical aptitude to learn the systems and technology used in our day to day business.? Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
