Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe LibraryIQ Solutions Specialist will play a key role in product demonstration and delivery while working with a close-knit team on cutting edge technology, which is transforming the way libraries use data to improve operations. LibraryIQ is seeking a Solutions Specialist to join their team to support the growing demand for the platform. In addition to supporting pre and post sales efforts, the LibraryIQ Solutions Specialist will have the opportunity to share knowledge and ideas with a vast network of peers, prospects and customers for problem solving and brainstorming, with a focus on best practices and innovation.LibraryIQ was built by librarians for librarians and is one of the most comprehensive analytics and operational efficiency platforms in the market today. In just a few short years, we have been fortunate to implement our technology at over 2,000 libraries including several consortiums, public libraries and federal government clients.ResponsibilitiesWork with the sales team to help research prospective customersWork collaboratively with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategiesProvide support to the sales team in the form of product demonstrations and pre-sales support to prospectsDevelop in-depth knowledge of LibraryIQ platformLead implementation projects by working collaboratively with the customer and internal support to successfully on-board customersAttend conferences and trade shows to promote LibraryIQProvide regular updates to managers and stakeholders on the status of pre and post sales activities and projectsOther duties as assigned Requirements MLS or MLIS3+ years of support experience, preferably in the library tech industryStrong interpersonal, communication and written/verbal skills, including the ability to explain and train "non-technical" individuals in the effective use of all relevant systems.Self-motivated, organized, efficient, and productive with excellent time management skills.A creative problem solver who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines1-2 years of demonstrated technical experience using library platforms and systems, such as Integrated Library Systems (ILS), discovery systems, and library specific software.Ability to work collaboratively with a teamStrong client service orientationWillingness to travel as neededKnowledge of library industry trends and best practices Location Limitations - Please note at this time, we are only accepting applications from candidates based in the following states: AZ,CA,DC,FL,GA,IL,IN,KS,KY,MA,MD,ME,MI,MN,MO,NC,NM,OK,SC,TN,TX,UT,VA,WI BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From HomeWellness ResourcesFull Time, 40 hours, Exempt positionSalary - $65,000 - $75,000 Salary Description $65,000 - $75,000
