Our mission is to empower our employees to grow, learn, and thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment. **About the Role** As an Experienced IAM Developer - SailPoint Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to integrate SailPoint with other systems, ensuring a scalable and agile architecture. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to standard identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * A strong sense of ownership and accountability **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
