Founded in 2021, we have grown by 82% in just one year, with a retention rate of 90%+ and a safe working environment for all employees. **Our Product** We have developed our own product, Everly, which can be accessed at [https://everly.ever-help.com/](https://everly.ever-help.com/). **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative with a strong command of the English language to join our team on a contract basis for one of our projects within the blithequark ecosystem. The contract term is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to another role within our company. **Work Schedule** * 5 shifts per week, including 1-2 night shifts * Morning shift: 07:00-15:00 * Day shift: 15:00-23:00 * Night shift: 23:00-07:00 **Ideal Candidate** * At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role with constant communication with users (call center, service, administrative roles, retail, etc.) * Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken * Proficiency in English at the B2 level or higher, especially in written communication * Ability to work with routine tasks and adapt quickly to new situations * Willingness to work in an intense rhythm without multitasking, but with a constant flow of requests * Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required (we provide training) **Responsibilities** * Handling user inquiries through our support system * Identifying user accounts * Canceling subscriptions * Providing general information about our product or specific subscription * Assisting with login issues * Changing or updating user email addresses * Processing requests for unsubscribing from newsletters and deleting accounts * Maintaining a high level of quality and productivity * Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient processes **What We Offer** * The opportunity to work on a Ukrainian project that supports the country's economy * A clear onboarding process, support from a team lead and mentor at the start * The possibility of professional development and transition to other roles within EverHelp or the blithequark ecosystem * A team that truly supports and values each member **Our Position** * We categorically oppose war and support Ukraine * We have evacuated employees from dangerous regions, provided financial support, and ensured housing * We have provided generators, batteries, and Starlink to our team * We continue to work stably and develop Ukraine's economy **Don't Wait!
