Our mission is to provide a seamless omnichannel experience, combining the latest technology with a human touch to deliver top-notch products and services to our customers. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to their needs. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home, using your own computer and internet connection. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system. * Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling. * Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolve all data entry-related issues. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation. * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements. * Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas. * Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work from home in a remote setting. * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success in the role. * Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team. * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you advance in your career. * A dynamic and supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
