At Marvel Studios, you will be part of a team that helps propel our legacy into the future with a vision as far-reaching as our characters, worlds and stories.Marvel Studios Animation is hiring.The Executive Assistant is an administrative support role covering scheduling, expenses and other admin duties on an animated series production for the supervising producer and production leadership.Responsibilities:Manage calendars for supervising producer including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externallyHelp manage production calendar including liaising with executives, talent and other assistants internally and externallyRepresenting the show in a professional mannerSupporting departmental projects as neededCoordinate domestic and international travel and logistics, including payment, processing and confirmation of all transfersPreparing and submitting expense reportsLiaising with IT in support of supervising producerManaging mail into and out of the officeAssisting with other production duties as neededBasic Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to solve problemsHighly detailed oriented with superior organizational skillsAbility to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and KeynoteDemonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quicklyDetail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressureAbility to work with confidential informationPositive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to take initiative and work with limited directionPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary or Talent Agency preferredThe pay rate for this remote role is $23.31 to $31.25 per hour. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
