Our company is built on a foundation of entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a passion for building strong relationships with our customers. **The Opportunity** As a Director of Customer Sales, you'll lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned customers, driving growth and revenue through strategic planning, negotiation, and execution. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing annual plans, managing regional sales account executives, and building strong relationships with customers to optimize our positioning in the market. **Responsibilities** * Strategic leadership: Oversee the Circle-K HQ customer relationship on behalf of blithequark, driving results through the management of regional sales account executives and cross-functional teams. * Customer development: Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to build annual plans, negotiate agreements, and deliver key business and financial metrics. * System leadership: Participate in system routines, providing customer updates and performance reporting against key metrics, and collaborating with Coca-Cola sales teams to maximize mutual goals. * Cross-functional communication and collaboration: Provide ongoing updates on customer plan results and opportunities to blithequark management, and participate in key cross-functional routines to ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives. * Organizational development: Leverage cross-functional resources to deliver best-in-class capabilities to customers, coach and mentor team members, and manage to annual T&E budget. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree required * 8+ years direct sales experience in CPG, with a track record of successfully selling into multiple national and regional channel customers * Previous experience managing people/teams preferred (not required) * Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong desire to produce results and an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed * Ability to quickly assess business needs, develop an action plan, and manage required change * Passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth * Solid computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with a strong understanding of Nielsen/IRI syndicated data * Position requires substantial travel (+50%) * Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances **What We Offer** * Competitive pay range: $141,000 - $165,200 * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position * Annual incentive reference value percentage: 30 * Opportunity to work with iconic and innovative brands, including Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife, and Topo Chico * Expansive and diverse customer base, including retail and grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theaters, restaurants, and more * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement **Our Culture** We're committed to nurturing an inclusive culture that's grounded in our company purpose: to refresh the world and make a difference.
