Job Summary We're seeking a talented and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and other channels. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service through email and incoming calls, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and be reasonable via telephone, ensuring a positive customer experience. Communicate effectively via email, crafting clear, concise, and detailed messages that meet customer needs. Handle individual customer situations to resolution, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns. Enter data into various computer applications to track incoming requests and maintain accurate records. Participate in other office projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times, ensuring a consistently high level of service. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to provide written communication that is free from spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision. Ability to multitask, apply critical thinking skills, and maintain accurate data. Proficient in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, particularly in a retail or arts and crafts environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple customer needs and conduct follow-up meetings on time. Experience working in a faith-based or values-driven organization.
