Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and addressing the needs and concerns of individuals. Educate individuals on available benefits and assist them with navigating the enrollment process. Handle a high volume of calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to individuals. Maintain a strong understanding of all benefit offerings and stay updated on any changes or updates. Effectively communicate with individuals, colleagues, and management to provide updates and resolve any issues. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.
